All reservations are non-refundable. A refund will be issued only if the cancellation is made at least one week prior to the scheduled arrival.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will incur a charge of $250.00. Any undeclared pet in the room will be charged $50.00 per pet, per night. Any early check-in or late check-out will be charged $20.00 per hour.
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 7 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full. The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Subject to availability, we will try to accommodate your request. If however, rooms are unavailable, you are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the common areas of our property. Our standard check in time is 02:00 pm and check out time is 11 am.Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
