I've stayed here many, many times over the last 20 years. The current owner/owners have done a great job of updating it. The water pressure and temperature is great. The rooms are neat and clean.

Best hotel in Breckinridge, comfortable, friendly staff. Pretty clean but I think they need to pay attention a bit more to detail. Our room's bathroom walls seemed to have something on them but nothing alarming. But overall pretty clean. I'd stay here again!

This place is so clean and affordable, we decided to extend our stay a second night and see more of Breckenridge in the process. I read the motel had recently been renovated and it shows!
